As a member of AVM Ministry, you are expected to maintain and uphold a spiritual level, higher than the average church member. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Maintaining a higher standard of ministry
Maintaining Christian conduct in every aspect of your life
Loyal to the Pastor and the Ministry of the church
Faithful in Tithes and Offerings
Faithful to all church services, including Sundays and Mid-Week Bible study
Support the vision of the Pastor for the church and work to make the vision possible. This includes serving in activities toward the vision of this church. Willing and able to attend all meetings called by the Pastor and Leaders
Supportive of all church activities and all other ministry activities
Willing and able to perform all duties required by your ministry
An evaluation will be made as needed
Only Authorized AVM Personnel
are allowed in the AVM Booth and Control Room before, during and after services!
Guidelines for AVM Ministry
Please ensure that you have PCO Services
Make sure we have your email and cellphone number
Check your PCO daily/weekly as all schedules will be done via PCO
Audio
Arrive 1 hour before service on Sundays and 30 minutes before on Mid-Week Bible study
Turn on audio system, including platform floor monitors
Prepare MC/PT mics by installing charged batteries
Ensure that a proper and accurate sound check is completed before the service
Communicate with PP Tech to see if any sound is needed for countdowns and/or announcements
After service, turn off all equipment, including backstage switchboard and put away all mics and batteries.
Liveestream
Arrive 1 hour before service on Sundays
Set up the cameras
Turn on the WebCast computer and start up the Encoder
Turn on the Switch and all Monitors in the Control Room
Turn on monitors in Lobby and Cry Room
Communicate with sound tech for adequate sound level
At end of service, make sure to disconnect and put way the cameras and all wiring as well as turning off all equipment, including Mouse & Keyboard
All other processes and/or procedures, follow up with the Creative Director
Pro-Presenter
Turn on Pro-P Tech computer, projector and platform monitors
Prepare any unscheduled song lists, announcements etc.
Prepare the announcement folder and ensure we have the Pro-P Ads in the PC (Basecamp)
Be attentive to the Word and the preacher, for any scripture requests
Absolutely no viewing of the following, included but not limited to:
Cellphone (texting is allowed for communication about the service)
FaceBook
Other websites
Any unrelated materials
Any downloads have to be done prior to each service or prior week
After the service, ensure that the Computer, mouse, keyboard, projector and platform monitors are turned off (complete shut-down) [after PM Service on Sundays]
Please clean your work area and file all announcements back as they were, including bringing the folder back from the pulpit
Pro-p Tech scheduled for the next following services, be it Sunday or Wednesday, is required to go to PFAC on Mondays or Tuesdays in order to schedule the following service in Pro-Presenter
House lighting Levels (Bottom to top)
#5 before service/countdown and after service dismissal
#4 during countdown/prayer (pre-service) and during Preaching
#3 during Praise & Worship time, including offering
#2 for video or special presentations
#1 only 15 minutes after dismissal
Restrictions:
It is prohibited to record any worship songs or preaching longer than 30sec with personal camera or phone for future use unless directed by the creative director
This includes AVM staff
Only Authorize Personnel are allowed to use the Phoenix First Apostolic Church logo (PFAC)
The creative team will have access to the updated logo and will be use for corporate and promotional events within the church
The logo is a property of the church and also copyrighted for official use only
If you would like to use the official church logo you will need authorization from the creative director
It is a privilege to be part of ministry; therefore you are expected to uphold a life beyond reproach. It is essential that we maintain a life of consistent prayer and fasting.
Consecration to God is of the utmost importance.
